Designed by two of Mexico’s most experienced and creative architects, Derek Dellekamp and Frida Escobedo, Rincon de Almas is a truly unique development. The duo used bioclimatic analysis in order to gain an understanding of the surrounding environment and use this information in the design of the building.
The building, through its design, is connected to the ocean, the river, and the Sierra Madre mountain range. This allows residents to receive sunlight and a cross breeze while maintaining privacy. Additionally, the appearance of raw materials and earth tones in finishes throughout the building draws a connection to the natural setting of its location.
Each unit is an individual work of art that awakens your senses. Rincon de Almas also provides public spaces that enrich the neighborhood of Old Town with commercial spaces.
Placing an expanded rear wraparound sidewalk will create room for fountains and plant life, as well as enhance common areas producing more natural light and ventilation. This self-sustainable project has immense value to town and owners.
Rincon de Almas is located in Old Town, Puerto Vallarta, or as it’s commonly known as the Romantic Zone. The building is three blocks from the beach and one block from the Rio Cuale Bridge. Amenities include underground parking with two car elevators, a 6,500 sq.ft. rooftop with pool, gym, sports bar, hot tub, grill and amazing views of the town, ocean and mountains.
